Nitelite
I know nothing about this software.
If someone cares to try and make this work and determine if it is a Cit clone, let me know.
If it is not a Citadel of some form, it needs to be nuked from this archive, there is also an Atari 400/800 BBS called Nitelite from the same author, which you can read about here. It does not seem to be a Citadel.
From the BBS Documentary
Some have called this a Citadel clone. The jury is still out. The author indicated in his program that he wouldn't use version numbers because it would be "cumbersome", so the versions have to be tracked by date of release within the archive.
