Newsletters

After a ping from https://teh.entar.net/@spacehobo, I pulled down what the Internet Archive had of citadel.org's stash of newsletters. The file name formats are different, but most of these are dupes of what we have already, but there were some we didn't have from Brent's original archive! Also, I stopped trying to store files in mediawiki because it's awful at that.
